Transverse colon fistula
Operated case of incisional hernia repair 16 years back
Presented with spontaneous purulant discharge from scar
On CT detected transverse colon cutaneous fistula
Exploratory laparotomy with repair of fistula without resection
Inflammatory mass formed by mesh was excised
Post operative recovery was uneventful.

Mesenteric Vascular Ischaemia
Patient with Acute Mesenteric Ischaemia due to SMA thrombosis.
Bowel resection with thrombectomy using fogarty catheter
and relook exploration after 24 hrs showed reperfused ischaemic bowel.
Proximal ileal stoma and distal feeding made both side of incision
ICU stay with ventilator support 4 days
Discharged on post op day 8 with refeeding
