48 year male with Acute Necrotising Pancreatitis
Had infected necrosis with Duodenal obstruction
NJ kept for feeding and on Imipenem
On day 32 operated for infected necrosis
Transgastric Necrosectomy done
Nasocystic drainage and NJ kept
Patient kept in ICU for 3 days
Discharged with all tubes on post op day 9
All tubes pulled out on follow up
